You can make changes to your order (name, delivery address, etc.) up to 6 hours after checkout. Please reach out at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com to request you change.

What currency will I be billed in?

All orders are billed in GBP (£). Note that if your account is in a different currency, your bank or credit card provider may charge a small processing or currency exchange fee.

Can I apply discounts to a previous order?

Unfortunately, discounts and coupon codes can only be applied to upcoming (future) orders.


Can I have my order shipped via Express Mail?

Will I have to pay duties or other fees?

All products are shipped from London. Up until now, none of our international customers were asked to pay customs or duty fees for their orders. However, please check your local regulations as they vary from country to country. If in doubt, reach out to us at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com and we'll do our best to help.

What delivery method do you use?

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class, and international orders are shipping using Royal Mail International Economy. If you need your order quickly and want to uprade to Express Shipping, please reach out at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com.

Do you offer international deliveries?

Yes! We ship worldwide. All you have to do is enter your address as you check out. We'll ship the products discreetly as usual, straight to you!

How long does shipping take?

Pleasure boxes are shipped on the end of each month, and all other products are shipped within 3 days of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location, but feel free to reach out at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com for an accurate ETA if you're in a time crunch.

The best way to track your package is through Royal Mail Track and Trace. If it's not working, reach out at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com and we'll sort it for you.

I didn't get a tracking number. What can I do?

Your tracking number is sent to you by our delivery team, as soon as your order is shipped. Customers ordering the First Timer Pleasure Box to the UK will get the box via an untracked service. If you ordered any of our other products but don't have the tracking, get in touch at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com and we'll sort it out for you.


I received a faulty product. How can I send it back?

We're sorry that happened! We do the best we can to make sure products arrive to you ready for pleasure. In the rare case this doesn't happen, we'll replace your item at no cost. Please contact us at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com to receive return instructions.

Can I return a product I ordered?

Due to health and safety regulations, we're unable to accept returns for any opened or used products and sex toys. This includes any bulk items and pleasure boxes. However, you may still return toys in their original packaging with the shrink wrap intact. Please contact us at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com to receive return instructions. Note you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.


Can I add a note to my gift order?

Absolutely! Include it in the 'notes' section as you check out, and we'll add it to your delivery.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We don't have gift wrap options at the moment. However, we'll be happy to include any notes added as you check out. If you have any other special requests, please reach out at xoxo@ohhhvenus.com and we'll do our very best to accommodatethem.

Can I buy OhVenus products as a gift?

Absolutely! You're awesome and that's a fantastic gift. Simply enter the giftee's name and shipping address as you check out. Feel free to add any notes you want, too! We'd be happy to include them for you.


How can I take care of my sex toys?

Store them in a cool place and clean them with warm water and gentle soap. Make sure you keep running water out of any charging ports and don't fully submerge toys in water unless explicitly allowed. Avoid using alcohol-based cleaners or silicone-based lubricants as those may damage your toys.

How should I store my vibrator?

Store your vibrators and other sex toys in a cool, dark place. Make sure each toy is individually wrapped, as the silicone in sex toys tends to melt when pressed to other silicone items for long periods of time.

How should I clean my vibrator?

Vibrators and other sex toys can be cleaned with warm water and gentle soap or a toy cleaner. Please avoid using alcohol-based products on your vibrators as that may damage the silicone.
